Josie will represent SEES at the diocesan-level bee scheduled for later this month.
February Lunch Ordering Period Closes January 25
The February lunch ordering period will close this Saturday, January 25. Orders may be placed via the SEES app or FACTS SIS.
Financial Aid Applications for 2025- 2026 School Year
Applications are now being accepted for financial assistance for St. Edward-Epiphany school year 2025-2026. Applications are made online at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3R3GD.
Priority is given to applications completed by February 15, 2025. During this Early Verification period, 2023 Tax Return and W-2 can be provided.
Applications completed after February 15, 2025 require 2024 Tax Return and W-2.

SEES “In Bloom” – 32nd Annual Gala & Auction
We are just several weeks away from SEES “In Bloom” 32nd Annual Gala & Auction presented by Dibert Valve & Fitting, which will take place on Friday, February 7, 2025 at the beautiful and historic Jefferson Hotel in Richmond, VA. This is our biggest event of the year and so incredibly grateful for all of your support and generosity as we work to make this event a huge success! We are still in need of community support with volunteers, donations and more – please see the information below to see how you can help!

SEES GOT TALENT 2025!
Mark your calendars for the annual SEES Micheal Medlin Talent Show on Friday, January 31 at 1:15 in the gym.
All students in 2nd-8th grades are welcome to submit acts.
A limited number of acts will be accepted based on a video or in-person preview to Mrs. Kelley. The criteria for acts’ acceptance are preparation, variety, and talent demonstrated.
Time limit for each act is 2 minutes.

Choir Sign-ups Are Open ~ Be a SEES Singer!
All 5th-8th grade students are invited to participate in the SEES Choir for the second session. If you enjoy singing and want to help lead all the musical moments at SEES, come check us out! We consistently meet on Tuesdays from 3:00 to 4:00 in the music room.

Spring Kaleidoscope Session Is Coming!
Mark your calendars!! The next session of Kaleidoscope will begin February 25 and run through April 3. Classes will be offered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays again from 3:15-4:15. Classes are once weekly for 6 weeks. Next session offerings include: Cooking, Chess, Mindfulness, Art, Jr. Scientists, STEAM and Legos. Registration will open January 25 and run until February 14. Faithful Friends
Hi Parents! We are bringing back Faithful Friends for the second half of the year! Students in grades 1-4 will meet the first and third Wednesdays of the month during your child’s lunch period! Students in grades 5-8 will meet on the first and third Mondays of the month! Mrs. Pratt will facilitate the middle school group and Mrs. Hoag will facilitate the elementary group! During this short time period, we will pray, learn about Jesus, the Bible, the Saints, and maybe do a small outreach or two.
