Financial Aid
St. Edward-Epiphany School and the Catholic Diocese of Richmond offer financial assistance to qualifying families. In order to be considered, new families must apply for acceptance with the school and meet the financial criteria. Only one application is necessary for both St. Edward-Epiphany and the Catholic Diocese programs.
Applications for financial assistance are made through FACTS Grant and Aid. Applications can be made on-line at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3R3GD.
In order to be considered:
- FACTS online application completed by March 1
- Submission of most recent tax return and W2’s by March 1
- Payment of $40 application fee to FACTS
Families who are not required to file a tax return must send documentation, such as Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation and TANF.
Families with income other than W2, for example, self-employment, have until June 1 to submit documentation.
Limited funds may be available to candidates who apply after the deadline.
Incomplete applications cannot be considered.
Application can be made in January for the upcoming school year. Applicants will be notified approximately 45 days after the application deadline. Awards are based on the family’s financial need as calculated by FACTS, available funds, and the number of applications received. If you have any questions regarding the financial aid process, please contact Mindy Gerloff, Business Manager, at [email protected], or 804-272-2881, ext. 314.
