BASKETBALL CHEER REGISTRATION

Shanelle Burke and Denay Scharpf are excited to coach SEES 2022-2023 Winter Basketball Cheerleading (Grades 1-4) for the Benedictine Schools Basketball League!

Practices will be Wednesdays from 3:00-4:00pm starting November 14 through February. We will teach basketball cheers and a 1/2 time routine to be performed at games.

Depending on the number of girls, we will cheer for 1-2 basketball games each Saturday (rotating between the BCPS middle school teams.) All games are played at Benedictine College Prep. We will plan a pep rally for Championships and will emphasize teamwork, stewardship, school spirit, and community service. We are hoping to get a minimum of 10 girls for our first squad.

Registration and uniforms are $150.00 (t-shirt, soffe cheer shorts, warm-up pants, warm-up jacket, and red bow). Parents will also need to purchase white cheer shoes and no-show socks. The deadline to Register is 10/28/2022.

We are so excited to have the SEES Fall Festival back tonight!!!  This event is open to both SEES families and our Woodmont neighbors and will take place from 5:30pm until 8:30pm.  Here are some helpful reminders and details:

• Cars that are participating in the Trunk or Treat should arrive between 4:30 and 5:00 pm to set up.   You will enter through the first entrance off Woodmont from Huguenot and come through the driveway where the buses park. Cars will park in the first row of spaces closest to the school building.  We will have someone out there to help park Trunk or Treat participants.

• General Parking will be in the front of the school, the lot adjacent to the pavilion and Huguenot Road Baptist Church.

• We expect a large crowd, so please drive slowly and keep an eye out for pedestrians.

• Please do not park on neighbor’s lawns (especially Mr. Andrew’s)

• We encourage everyone to dress in your Halloween costumes.

• Children should bring a bag to collect their treats from the Trunk or Treat.

• Tickets for games will be sold at the festival.   Please bring cash.

• If you have purchased tickets from the link in the last few days, please check in at the ticket booth to collect your tickets.
