A Symphony of Skills Workshop Part 2 March 24
Date Posted: Wednesday, 23rd March 2022

Thursday, March 24
6-7:30pm
SEES Cafeteria

SEES Parents! It is not too late to participate in a FANTASTIC parent workshop by Robin Hegner of Pathways to Reading Success.

On February 24, Robin presented the first of two workshops entitled A Symphony of Skills: A Workshop on Executive Functioning Skills. Executive functioning skills are the skills that help us with things like perseverance, flexible thinking, self-control, problem-solving, organization, and focusing attention. Robin has presented statewide and nationally, and we were so fortunate to have her presenting here at SEES.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone on March 24, 2020 for the second installment of this workshop. No worries if you didn’t attend the first — you are welcome to attend the second! Robin plans to do a quick review (no more than 5 minutes) of key takeaways from February 24 and then delve into how to help students who really struggle with these skills, especially those with ADHD. She hopes to hold the last 30 minutes for questions, so bring your questions!

Don’t miss a great opportunity to learn how to help your child be even more successful in school and in life. Bonus: You will get a Tag Day Pass for each child in your family as a perk for attending!! Download flyer for details.
