Co-ed Flag Football

We are pleased to offer Co-ed Flag Football for students in 1st through 8th grade.  Teams are made up of both boys and girls. Flag Football is played through a 6 on 6 non-contact league, with an emphasis on fun and sportsmanship. 5th-8th Grade Boys Basketball

The basketball program at SEES is a competitive recreational league open for boys and girls in grades 3-8th. The program focuses on the fundamentals: dribbling, passing, shooting, rebounding, defending and teamwork. Our 5th-8th grade teams play in leagues with other area private schools. Our teams usually practice 2-3 times per week.

5th-8th Grade Girls Volleyball

The volleyball program is a competitive recreational team that is open to middle school (5th-8th) girls at SEES. Volleyball is played in the Fall. Team concepts like basic rules, game strategy and mechanics will be introduced as well as work on individual skills like passing, setting and hitting. Our coaches focus on the importance of teamwork as well as individual player skill development.

5th-8th Grade Girls Basketball

3rd & 4th grade Co-ed Basketball

We are proud to offer an instructional basketball league for students in Junior Kindergarten through 4th Grade.  These students will be split into teams and play weekend games against each other.

5th-8th Grade Co-ed Cross-Country

The SEES Cross Country team is designed to give novice and advanced runners the opportunity to experience, train, and compete in races. Whether you are just beginning or competing at a high level, the SEES cross country team gives you an opportunity to excel and have FUN. The team regularly trains on our campus’s course and competes in area races. Our CC team is open to boys and girls 5th – 8th grades.

Soccer

5th-8th grade boys (Fall) and girls (Spring)

The soccer program at SEES is for kids in 5th-8th grades. It is a competitive recreational league that focuses on the fundamentals of soccer, including teamwork and good sportsmanship. Boys play their season in the Fall, while Girls compete in the Spring. We compete against other area schools with home and away matches. Our soccer teams usually practice 2-3 times per week.

5th-8th Grade Co-Ed Track and Field

The track and field program at SEES is a great way for students, as a member of a team, individually and collectively, to compete in different events including the following areas: Sprinting, Distance Running, Relays, Throwing Shot or Discus, and many more. All technique areas will be taught and practiced. No experience necessary. Track season is in the Spring, and it is open to boys and girls 5th -8th  grades.

Middies Programs

Football, Boys and Girls Lacrosse, Wrestling, Baseball and Softball are all offered through the Benedictine/ St. Gertrude’s Middies program. Many of our SEES students enjoy competing with other Catholic school students on these teams.
