Classes for Kaleidoscope, the SEES award-winning after school enrichment program, begin the week of September 17.  SEES teachers and outside vendors will offer 6-week courses from 3:15pm to 4:15pm on the school campus. We have classes for all grades. We’d love to have your child join in the fun! We have some new courses this year and some returning favorites. Check out the offerings on the registration form.

If you plan to pay with check or cash, send a paper copy of the form and Adult Hold Harmless waiver to the School Office c/o Ms. Cooper. If you plan to pay with a credit card, please follow the link to the online registration form. All class descriptions are available on the paper registration form only.

Due Dates: Paper registrations should be turned in to the School Office by end of school day on the 10th of September. Online registrations will be closed 11:59pm on the 10th of September.

All due dates are hard and fast, as the Coordinator has to have time to determine if class number minimums have been met. If class minimums aren’t met, the class will be cancelled and Ms. Cooper will contact parents to see if another class might be acceptable. If another class won’t work, payment will be refunded.

If you have already received your First Communion, and are in 4th grade or older, why not consider serving our community at Mass? Mrs. Joan Nelson of St. Edward the Confessor Church will offer training for prospective servers on Wednesday, September 11 right after school. This is a 1:50 pm dismissal day; students will be dismissed to Fr. Herbert Hall and Mrs. Morley will walk them over to the church. Students may be picked up at 3, or be walked back to Extended Care.

This will be the only training day in September; however, there will be another opportunity later in the school year. Please print the Altar Server Information Sheet and have your student turn it in to the office. If you have any questions please contact Jill Morley at [email protected].
